Enquiries & Booking

  1. Contact me, by phone or email, to discuss your requirements.
  2. I will provide a Quote for your tailor-made walking trip.
  3. If you wish to make a Booking, based on the Quote, then:
    • Print off and complete the Booking Form and return it by post.
    • A deposit of £25 per day is required to secure the booking. However, if it is less than 28 days until the trip, then the full cost is payable immediately. Payment methods:
      • Cash (please do not send cash by post);
      • Cheque, made payable to ‘GA Highland Walks’, enclosed with the Booking Form;
      • Direct bank transfer (BACS Transfer) – please call for details;
      • Secure online payment via PayPal using your Credit or Debit Card or your own PayPal account (see link below).
  4. Upon receipt of the completed Booking Form and payment, I will send you Confirmation of the Booking along with, where appropriate, an Invoice for any outstanding balance.
